Is 1.0 XR equal in strengh to 1.0 regular?
What sort of dosing schedules with XR have been helpful?

XR is divided doses from 1mg, so either your getting .5mg each 4 hours, or .25mg if it's the version that lasts all day. But i cant tell your which delivery system it gives you.
I dont know the schedueling of it, but ually it either relesase twice, or 3 times a day.
