Is trazodone an antihistamine? If so, how potent an antihistamine is it (including in comparison with cyproheptadine, Remeron, and/or diphenhydramine)?

According to the receptor chart in "Psychotropic Drugs", which is based on classic 1990's studies on rodent tissue, trazodone does show some blockade of histamine receptors, but it is relatively weak, being overshadowed by its blockade of 5-HT2 and alpha-1 receptors as Panda indicates. I have some other newer rodent based data which shows the H1 blockade as being somewhat stronger than in the other studies, but in absolute terms, it is roughly equivalent to the H1 blockade of desipramine, which is not particularly powerful.Remeron is a drastically stronger antihistamine than trazodone, with a Ki about three orders of magnitude higher, and Benadryl/diphenhydramine would also be much stronger, but I do not have the data to quantify it. I'm afraid I know too little about cyproheptadine to be able to compare it to anything.
