I am so thankful that I found this site. I have been trying to get off effexor and weened myself down from 300 mgs to 150 mgs then 75 mgs and now nothing for the last day. I knew the feeling that I would start to get and the headaches but I am bound and determined to do it for mine and my family's sake. I wanted to find a site that would tell me how long this would last and I found all of your posts where you shared your most darkest times and that was such a comfort to me to know that this is in fact "normal". I hope as time goes on I can do the same for others. Right now I am taking it slowly and just trying to get through the fog. GOD BLESS YOU for sharing what I know must be difficult. I will check here every time I log on! SanityPlz
