Ode to Lamictal!

Posted by tendency on August 11, 2004, at 16:23:51

Ohh what a pretty little thing she is..such a darling to look at, my beloved lamictal. sigh..how i love to think of thee and long for thine touch at all times..

And now! I'm on top of the world! I can see vast distances and have communed with unknown entitied conversing in strange and unimaginable ways!

Behold! The mighty god of lamictal has thus indeed bestowed a magical gift..it must be used wisely and heeded cautiously.

Whooooooa. this stuff is making me high..just got to 37.5mg yesterday and now, today, im flyin'! wow, feel great! woowoowoo..oh oh..im feeling a tad manic, yes indeedy..whew i'm lovin' it today! haven't felt this good in months..

yeah, i know...'transient benefit' but man, ill take it when i can get it..im going back to looking at the birdies outside my window now.

xoxo

Hehe. Me and my bruv both became hypomanic on about 25mg. Very nice.

No it doesn't last but for a decent proportion of people it develops into a more low key AD effect, which is pleasant all the same.

In the meantime, enjoy yr hypomania. Wish I could join you. Be careful and watch out for full mania tho'.

I think we can all agree that Lamictal is not a great anti-manic treatment.

Best,

J.

hey, tendency!

I’ll have what you’re having!! Love it! Especially the “communing with unknown entities conversing in strange & unimaginable ways” part. That about captures it for me.
