Neurontin and Stomach Distress

Anybody have any ideas about how to prevent terrible gas and bloating when taking neurontin? I have tried everything, gasX, soluble fiber,
efa's. The only thing that comes even close to helping is coca-cola (?)
It helps a lot with generalized body pain but terrible stomach pain not so great.
