Okay, sports fans , time for some information here...
Apparently my poor sleeping patterns... the slightest sound wakens me and I cannot fall asleep again so I lie awake all night or read or listen to music or come in here and work out of desperation, then I am tired all day, nodding off at the oddest times... in the middle of conversations, when walking down town... you can picture it...
in the middle of conversations with my doctor for instance...
they are sentencing me to a sleep clinic... for one thing they have found I have sleep apnea...the doctor in the mean time has prescribed zopiclone for the bad nights when I cannot turn off my brain and cannot go to sleep...
information please... what is this stuff and do I want to take it....
I think I have seen it mentioned here and I trust your information better than stuff I read on the web

zopiclone is an excellent sleep med. It is comparable to Ambien, if you have ever heard of that, though I think zopiclone is better.
Its basically in the class of the "non benzo" benozs.
It can cause hallcinations if you stay awake on it sometimes, otherwise it has little side effects cept sleepiness.
i would try it. good luck.
