to what ZYPREXA dosage should i go?????
i am currently taking 10 mg of ZYPREXA, should i go to 20 mgs? is that enough?
i dont know my diagnosis, but its a problem since i have since i was 14 years old, that people might be watching me, i dont hear voices or see weird things...

Try taking 20 mg for a while, see if you get better. Reduce it again if you feel you are taking too much.

Do you think it could be have a component of social anxiety. Many people who are fearful in crowds think that people are watching what they do and judging what they how they look etc.
This is not best treated with AP's
The other type of possibility is the psychotic angle where you believe people are more "spying on you". In this case a higher dose of zyprexa might be useful

how long did it needed to start kicking in and you felt better? i quit it after 2 weeks

I only reached 10 mg and then changed to another medicine.
I agree with link, it sounds more like social anxietyTalk to your doctor
