Just thought i would drop by say hello..
hows everyone doing?
Think i am doing ok... its my BIRTHDAY i aint even excited.. still fogged BUT my counciller has told me its cus i am worrying over my mind..
Its been 4 mnths now with no meds except 4 days of half a 37.5mg effexor, which my physc was very shocked that my gp gave it to me..
they still think meds arnt gonna help me, so i am taking their advice, this is coming from my new physciatrist and councillers..
I am working with a physciatrist and 3 councillers plus my mum and myself..

Congrats!!!! I think it's wonderful that you are working with people and takign it day by day to feel better.
