Theres a possibility of me going on to Phenelzine for depression and I wanted to try it cos there have been some good reviews of it on this board, but I just read about the Nardil formula change complaints

So does anyone know if generic Phenelzine Sulphate is as good as the old Nardil - and what is the difference - or if Nardil in the UK (which seems to be manufactured by Hansam and not Pfizer) is the real deal?

Hi,
The UK phenelzine is sold under the brand name Nardil and is made by Hansam. I have never taken it but I do know that unlike the Pfizer Nardil it is supposed to be stored in the fridge! (See the thread that I started above.)
I don't know about Pfizer's Nardil but the Hansam product has a strange smell, a bit like geranium.
