Not sure which stuff you're looking for, but....

Pubmed, http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi

You have to download this one, but it's free:

All I can say is you have to try them. They're each kind of unique. I haven't picked a favourite yet. I still Google most of the time.
