Hi,
Ever since I started reducing the dose of my Seroquel, I have been coming out in spots. All over my chest and stomach and legs. There are loads of them. I've never had this before. Also I am itching like a mad thing! Constantly itching my legs and leaving loads of red, raised patches.
I went to see my doc and he gave me some steroid cream, claiming that it was an allergy to something. He doesn't know what though. Could it be my drugs? I'm on Efexor, Remeron and Seroquel, but I haven't recently gone on them. I've been on them all for months and been fine. Could it be that reducing the Seroquel dose has kick-started something?
Or could it be something else?
Argh, help, it's driving me crazy!!

I had what was believed to be an allergy to Seroquel. I didnt break out in spots it just closed up my airways somewhat and made it hard for me to breathe. Was quite scary. Take care and treat this seriously, I mean dont forget about it and think it will go away. My doc dismissed my concenrs until it got really bad. Anyway, maybe its not the Seroquel? I hope what you find out is the cause.

Hey Phillipa :)
Yeh I have just started Abilify, but this whole itching like a monkey thing was there before I started taking it. It's been here for about two weeks. Argh. It's doing my head in. I might just chop my body and my legs off, and just have a head attached to some arms. I could walk around with my arms ok I'm sure ;)
This is the end of the thread.
