I am currently withdrawling from Xanax after using it off and on since the early 80's. I have managed to get myself down to 0.5mg per day from
about 2mg. I expected to have anxiety as a symptom of withdrawl, but I am also experiencing
heart palpitations. I run daily with no problems and I'm not having chest pains so I don't think I'm having heart problems. It's in the afternoon and into the evening that I feel my heart is skipping or beating a little eradically. has anyone experienced or heard of this while withdrawling from Xanax/Aprazolam?? Thanks!

Yes, that happens to me also. There is a chance of seizures associated with benzo WD, go slow, there should be no hurry... no cold turkey.
