I'm interested in going on a trial of modafinil. Though i've read it induces the enzymes breaking down benzos including klonopin which would throw me into withdrawal. Anyone on modafinil?(Provigil,Modiodal) and also on a benzo?

hi, I'm on Provigil and also clonazepam. I've been told that Provigil induction of 3A4 is more relevant for triazolam (Halcion) than for clonazepam. In any case, I have not experienced any loss of benzo efficacy while on Provigil. No need for me to raise the dose of clon (1 mg/day). Of course YMMV.
