Hi all,
Have you taken tamsulosin for painful ejaculations and urinary hesitation while on a (non)selective noradrenergic reutake inhibitor like reboxetine, atomoxetine or milnacipran? Did it help with the sexual problems and/or with the urinary? How much did you have to take, 0.4mg daily? Need your experiences on this one..
Thank you,
Mattias

From experience, yes, it did help with urinary retention while I was on reboxetine.

Hi Ted,
did you get painful orgasms on reboxetine? If so, any relief from tamsulosin?

Not painful. But abnormal ejacuations on reboxetine. Like the sperm gets out in drops not "shooting", sorry for the explicitness!
The Tamsulosin reversed that to normality. be careful, Tamsulosin can in very rare cases cause priapism(1 in 50,000 chance). Not treated immediately (what embarasment) can lead to permanent impotence.
