my new night medication

Temazepam 30mg
Lorazepam 2mg

NIGHTLY

this doesnt even seem to work sometimes, i am mellowed, but i can not go to sleep. I am so frustrated. Lorazepam isnt as "strong" as the klonopin, but still it works.

I dont know why this is happening.

I hope i dont have Fatal Insomnia, but the better the this body gives out.... for the better.

Wrecked

Matt

I think you can take up to 60 mg's of Temazapam. Have you ever doubled it or tried taking 45 mg's??

Might try something OTC like melatonin or benadryl. Benzos become much less effective the longer you take them. Could also try some of the TCA's like amitryptiline... atypicals like risperdal at .5 mg seems to knock people out. Or you could stick with the benzos, maybe try prosom.

Good luck,

Matt
