I need to take the dose of Parnate I am taking but it gives me high blood pressure which gets really high when I lie down. What should I ask my doctor for? (my BP is normal when not on Parnate)
Thanks,
Eric

Hi Eric,
1. Are you sticking to a strict diet?
2. Are you taking the Parnate in divided doses? eg. 30mg five times a day.
4. If an antihypertensive is necessary, amlodipine might be a good choice.
