Hi everyone, I'm checking into trying Geodon. Is it any good for anxiety? I also wanna make sure it doesn't cause concentration/focus problems. Thanks for any replies,
Josh

I can't really answer you about Geodon's cognitive side effects, as I take Geodon and have cognitive side effects but at the same time have 2 medical illnesses that cause cognitive symptoms.
I do not think Geodon is any good for anxiety, no. It has a higher incidence of EPS than some other APs, and it is much more expensive than benzodiazepines. I do not get an anxiolytic effect from it; in fact I take two anti-anxiety meds with it.
I take a very high dose of it and have been on it for almost 4 years.

I was on Geodon and got off of it. It was the worst experience ever. It made me so tired that I almost lost my job. You have to take naps during the day, but how if you work full time?
There are better meds than this bull crap.....seriously
