Hi all,
finally I am properly diagnosed with chari malformation on the right side of the head (pressure on the spinal cord). This results in right sided headache, fatigue, depression and weakness of the right hand. I will inform you about my coming surgery,

Wow ixus good luck! What type of surgery do they perform. It must feel good to know there is a physical cause. Hope you do really really well. Fondly, Phillipa

Thanks Phillipa,
I have a cavity in the right occipital bone (I did not noticed this through my entire life). It is 0,5 ich in depth. I guess they will remove it, make it straight and put it back on its place. It is very very visible on MRI. By the way, this MRI was shown to 7 neurologists and neurosurgeons. The last one said I have Chari, but did not pay the attention to the differences between the sides.
