I had been doing fine with a 100mg dose of Nortriptyline and 80mg of Prozac (and 5 mg of Zyprexa and 200mg of Seroquel (at bedtime) and 4mg of Clonazepam per day..:P) I've often substituted the nortriptyline with Effexor XR 75mg when the nortriptyline seemed to 'poop' out. This has been going on for about of year...with these meds in particular. So, would an SNRI like Strattera be a possible good road to explore? Often...I would feel very good and feel really *human* on these meds...but now they dull me more than anything. I gotta keep the Prozac, because that is the 'main' med...the one that pulled me out of my depression and anxiety in the first place. Sorry for the length...any help is appreciated. =)
