i have just read about a new, [not yet released i believe] anti-depressant that is in phase 3 trial called valdoxan, supposedly a melatonin antagonist and also active at the 5ht receptor!! anyone have any knowledge or hear about this at all? it is supposed to have anti-depressant effects, with litlle or no side-effects, and good for sleep architecture!!
