I read on BBC news about something that is similar to ECT (shock therpy) but not as intense, its somekind of cap that you wear.
I swear i am going to get one of those and wear it while im on a hiking trip or something to get a reality check.
I wonder can you really put a magnet, well a strong one, to your forehead and see any results.
Anyone???

Hi Matt - This has actually been around for a while, with a fair bit of research done on it - Basically from what I've made out it tends to be more beneficial for mild to moderate depression.
