I don't know where in the Chicago area you are but if you are in the nothern suburbs and have a car, Robert Kohn is quite good. Normal and approachable... trust me: those are unusual traits. He runs behind all day but that is because he likes to talk to his patients. Good Luck, River.

Hi,
I see Robert M. Greendale, M.D, S.C. in Highland Park, and I'm pretty comfortable with him. He also works out of an office in Chicago on Fridays.
If you have insurance, why not just browse your insurance company's online provider directory. Just search by your zip code and specialists, psychiatry. There are tons of psych doctors in Chicagoland.
Good Luck

I'm looking for a regular doctor, like family practice or something. I can't afford a psychiatrist.
