After being free from AD's for 5 months, against my pdoc's advice I was feeling a glitch in the matrix so my pdoc put me onto a psychologist for CBT treatment. Depression has been gone for this period but GAD, social phobia and insomnia are still persisting. She was very good but pretty intense, hopefully I can be benzo free soon which means no more meds at all. I have done it before but not for a very long time. I'm feeling a bit nervous. It was quite confronting compared to a regular pdoc visit, maybe I was just out of my comfort zone.
