right now i plot my mood for my doc on a scale of 1-10. I also include any pertinent information such as med changes or life events.Does anyone know of a metric that night be used to track improvement or decline.
Thanks,

I made up some sheets that track my mood at every meal, and then a database to store the information in, which created graphs to show the results. I can send you mine, if you'd like, and you could modify it to suit?

I haven't got that far yet, but I created a database of the meds, dates and dosages that I've been on since my pdoc keeps lousy notes. Next part of the project will be emotional and side effects so that I can perhaps make a correlation with the meds.

Are you looking for a rating scale or a mood chart?

I don't think it can be sent via babblemail. If you babblemail me your address, I'll send it to you.
