Hey guys;
I was doing very well for a little time here, and i think it's due to my Protheaden/xanax combination. It really worked well.
But I have mistakenly taken two protheaden in the morning last week, in stead of my normal in the evening, and in a search for not breaking with the habit, i took my 2 in the evening also...result: i took a double dose.
Now it had really bad results cause my rythm has been totally lost since, i feel lots of what i gained has gone back...It's normal that things go up and down right, i mean, i can't expect to actually do good for more than 2 months straight right?
grtz

My PA told me that I can expect a lifetime of adjustments...which bummed me out, but he also implied that they get easier and easier as time goes on. I'd LOVE to know if there is ANYONE who has been on a working regime for a long time??!!
