Let me try to describe this anxiety ... it feels like an overwhelming amount of nervous energy which I feel about 24/7. Never had a panic attack, this is 24.7. It's like walking through a haunted house, knowing you are going to be scared but not know when. My mind just races and races and races. Because of all the nervous energy, all I think about it myself.
The only med out of 30+ that I tried over the past nine years that brings me some relief is Seroquel. It sort of just blunts everything.
Anyone felt something like this? Any advice on what meds to try? Thanks, Michael

Try depakote. Every time you post I just keep thinking there is a mania component going on and that it is not just straight-ahead anxiety.

Hi,
Have you tried Risperdal? I ask because it is a med that worked for me as well as Seroquel does. Another drug that i noticed a "blunting" effect from was Neurontin at high doses.
