Anyone else,

I dont know about anyone else, but personaly im becomming less and less impressed on articles, even ones that appear to have good credidentials, its seems if u look right or use the correct keywords you can find a study or article on ALMOST anything,pro/con.

Caffine comes to mind off the bat, articles claim its nuero protective, others its toxic.

Articles claim anti depressants are not studied enough and possably toxic,i speak of more reputable sites, and then ones that say the opposite.

Wasnt there a day when a well done article by credable sorces meant something, seems now they are no more than words on paper as we see ourselves usualy not producing the results the articles claim.

Guess the best thing in the end is to stick to sites like this and remedyfind where you have real people with nothing to gain or loose, for the most part, who are nice enough to take a few moments out of there life to share real life experiances which im holding more valuable everyday, these seem to be pricless.

There are some good articles and a lot of hypothetical ones, but...
