D-Serine and risperidone.

Some research says D-Serine and another protein called sarcosine help risperidone work better. L-Serine can be bought online. But these two are not available. Can amino acids be patented and kept off the market... or is the market so small, no company bothers? Any idea out there. R.

I'd rather keep the dose small of the drug and make it better with a supplement if I could....

Yeah, D-serine works similarly to D-cycloserine. They've both been found helpful for negative symptoms of schizophrenia and many other different things. I'm not sure if one is better than the other. You can obtain d-cycloserine(Seromycin) as an anti-biotic. It seems the research is just starting to pick up on these two. I went to clinicaltrials.gov and typed cycloserine in the search... there's quite a few different studies.
