im 6 months pregnant still med free.. (nearly 3 years now surely...)

I've become really anxious after my Finals at Uni

I didn't know you..i've only been here for 7 mos., but CONGRATULATIONS!! Both on the pregnancy :) and being depression/drug free...good for you Donna!

The depression doesnt go away.. its still there just i know it only lasts abit the more i dwell on it the worse it gets so i keep telling myself this (cbt)

cant wait for this little one to be born lol (h8 being pregnant lol) i am anxious about the birth but hey aint everyone?
