I am currently taking 900 Lithium and 250 lamictal and have seen very little improvement with my depression symptoms.
My sex drive is almost non-existent (mostly because when I approach orgasm, I get a crippling headache.) My wife thinks I don't care.
Mostly, I just stare at the TV or the wall. I can't concentrate. I just get by at work (even though most at work think I am the greatest.)
I did well on Wellbutrin, except for the Manic Episode. I have an appointment on the 29th and would like (for the first time) to have something to say about my treatment.

What to do next depends on what type of bipolar disorder you have and what your blood lithium level is.
Can you describe your mania? What did you do while you were manic?
Have you ever been manic in the absence of medication?
What is your lithium level at 900mg?
