I just started having diffinculty, misunderstanding them, taken flight or fight response mode for nothing.
I get mad, but i dont have rages like i used to, but now its coming back, do i have multiple personalites or just extremeties. Sometimes i can, well actually right now im mellowing out, i am usally mellow person, but when i am ticked off about something i talk.
Danmit my hand is losing its circulation.
Well im seeing a therist right now about this, i hate being mellow.

Xanax 6mg
Prozac 30mg
Zyprexa 2.5mg
Restoril 30mg nightlyPanic, ADD, I think to some extent well, really, GAD. And frustration about life.
Sorry i gotta go i would go on so much more but i have to get up early tommorow at 5:30am to go to work.
