I am miserable. I have been off meds for about 2 weeks and I have crashed. I was very close to having a huge anxiety attack the other day at work. It was very hard to function. I'm not sleeping well either. And, of course, I am depressed and unmotivated.
I love the serotonin high I get from SSRIs, but I can't take what they do to my bladder (pain, urgency, etc.)
I stopped taking Cymbalta because it was causing terrible heart burn/acid reflux (I was gulping malox and taking nexium).
Now, I'm a mess. I think by taking Klonopin to sleep at night, it kind of makes me depressed.
I'm not sure what to take anymore. I'm thinking of going back to a very small dose of Abilify with Xanax.
I don't know.

I am sorry for your pain. Was the Abilify helpful?

yes going off an ssri is horrid. I wish they had put me in an induced coma for a month.
