Hi,
I've found lately that I have absolutely no motivation after taking Zyprexa (although it helps to some degree) and it never used to affect me this way. I'm worried about this terribly flat feeling.
Do all the antipsychotics cause flatness?
Thanks...DeniseThanks....Denise

Hi denise
Zyprexa did the same to me. No motivation, feeling flat. Decided to come off it last August. Made it to zero Zyp once but after 3 weeks of rebound insomnia and anxiety had to go back on it again at 10 mg. Previously had been on 5 mg. This time I am down to 1.25 mg Zyp after a GRADUAL taper over nearly four months. Getting down to zero from 1.25 mg will be the hardest step.
I am sorry. I guess you didn't need to know all this. It's a bit of a hobby horse of mine. Apologies.
