Question Regarding EMSAM

Hi, considering using EMSAM to enhance my mood, drive, motivation, libido etc. However, i am concerned that the half life of the MAO-B inhibition can last for up to 40 days - does this mean if i have a bad reaction i could be paying the consequences for over a month???!!!! Surely not???
