Some say norepinephrine effects start to kick in over 75mg, Others say it can only be achieved on doses higher than 225mg a day.What is right in your experience? I am taking 150mg in split doses. Should I up to get a norepinephrine effect?

Dosen't the norepenephrine in cybalta kick in first? Now sure but it did get rid of aches and pains for me. Love Phillipa

I believe my doc stated that 225 is about right for a significant bump. 75 would be minimal. I wnet up to 225 but didn't notice a change in the quality of the effect. Still had the unfeeling zombie with dimmed motivation quality about it. But that's after 5 years...

For what it's worth, my psychiatrist said that norepinephrine would be impacted at doses of 200 to 225 mg per day. At doses above 300 mg per day, dopamine is impacted as well. My final dose of Effexor was 375 mg in the XR form.
