I dont know why flouvaxetine or how ever you spell it. I take a moderate dose of it.
Im telling you i never felt more normal and euphoric than......i have ever before. I mean it changed my LIFE patterns, do stuff, talk, do stuff i would not do if i wasnt on it.
Prozac i just take it in the morning, i mean it takes care alot of things, depression is gone, bad moods are there, but im telling it has changed my life in a way i cant explain, i've been on it for years, now at a modeate dose i just realized how much it makes reality look.
I feel normal, when i get stimulated during the day with situations i feel like im on extra serotonin, i talk im active.
Well this med has changed my life.
Im wake up not more to "livable" to im happy with my life.
That is not something you ever hear about Prozac.....i usally always hear bad things about it.

yes, i did, other SSRI's but they didnt help. I also was on Wellburin, it helped for a while but in the end it caused anxiety, tremendous, that was when i was put on my first benzodiapine Clonazepam or Klonopin. I got off it, finally went to Symbax, then that was too strong of the dose so my doctor put me on Prozac 20mg daily.
It increased over time. But i just started noticing the effects about 7 months, everything seemed to change, really, i didnt feel, but my life pattern changed, like motivation, thinking, socializing and stuff.

I am new to Prozac,my first AD, on my 4ths week so far, and I noticed that I am also better through out the day. I have more energy to do stuff and not lie around. Love it so far! Glad to hear someone with postitive stuff to say about it. Thanks

It took 7 months? Were you getting better during that time? Though after about 6 weeks if not working they switched to something else? Phillipa

yes i was on 20mg and moved up. I started noticing a diffrence at higher dosage majorly.
It was like a placebo at 20mg.
So i didnt want to switch antidepressants because i just had it with going from one to the other.....
So thats when i started noticing some effects.
