Hey everyone,
I am trying to "ween" off of Cymbalta and am having trouble. I am presently down to 30 mg tablets, one every other day. I'd like to try to lessen my dosage, so was wondering if anyone has tried opening the capsule. If so, what is the best way to swallow the grains? IS there a way? I can't believe this hell I'm going through and the lack of warning. I will address that when I'm feeling better, but for now, any advice on "weening" to a smaller dosage would be much appreciated! Thanks :)

Sorry about the withdrawal problem there is a withdrawal board and at the top a whole list of people withdrawing from cymbalta check it out. Best of luck Phillipa

Open the capsules and mix the powder well with a teaspoon of honey. Follow with a cup of a sweet thick drink like chocolate milk...
I quit Cymbalta cold turkey. I wanted the agony to end ASAP. 2 weeks and it was over. Never again with that drug...
