Milnacipran

I hope I've spelt that correctly. It's said to be the first norepinephrine specific reuptake inhibitor, but I thought that's what reboxetine was. Any info anyone? Thanks

Check out this website address. I think that milnacipran is not yet available in the U.S.

Milncipran is a serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor.

The reuptake ratio of serotonin to norepinephrine is about 30:1 for effexor, 9:1 for cymbalta, and 1:3 for milnacipran. Milnacipran is fairly balanced, though a little bit heavier on the norepinephrine side.

It isn't hard to order.

How is it ordered, or prescribed? Is it available in the US? Is it prescribed under a brand name, if so, what is it?
