Does anyone know of negative side effects from mixing these two meds? I take 150mg of the Wellbutrin twice daily and also have just started taking 12.5mg of the Cytomel. Yes, I realize that everyone reacts differently, but I'd like to hear some examples.

I am on 100 mg of Wellbutrin SR and I take Cytomel 50 mcg for a thyroid problem. No weird side effects yet.

Great! Thanks for some insight. I actually saw my Doc today and told him that seeing as how my circumstances since my diagnoses of clinical depression have changed dramatically in the past year, I am going to drop the meds for a while and see how things go. Like many, I am tired of the side effects of the anti-depressants, i.e., lack of libido and weight gain. I'm drinking significantly less alcohol, quit smoking for over a year, no longer working graveyard as I was for 15 yrs, and the years of severe insomnia seem to have almost completely subsided. He liked my idea and we're going with it. Thanks again.

I take 150 wellbutrin and 25 cytomel (for thyroid). No problems.
