hey folks who take or tried abilify...i've got a question.
i started on it on wednesday--2mg. today i'm really sleepy and queasy and feel like i might be coming down with something. the gland under my right jaw is swollen and tender so i might have an infection, i have a little cough, a little (and i mean really little) runny nose...don't think i have a fever.
any thoughts? i have a call in to the pdoc who wanted to talk to me today anyway to possibly up the abilify to 5mg...my intuition says no....so what do you think, does our intuition count when it comes to drugs or not? hmmmm.

Just my opinion I feel it does. What condition are you taking it for. Might make a difference???? Phillipa

hi
i'm on 5mg abilify. i'd say its possible ur coming down w/ a reaction to the abilify. if so u need time for ur body to get use to it for symptoms to subside. possible you may have gotten the flu. yes ur intuition does count its your body but sometimes you may need the advice of a professional like a pdoc. try and wait a week in between dose increases like the abilify instructions recommend. take care and get better.

It sounds like you might be getting a cold. Abilify made me feel sick but not like tht. I coudn't handle the heat in the summer. made me feel like I was going to pass out alot.. was nauseaous too.. Yeah,, i felt sick on it but didn't have swollen glands and stuff..
