you've been under a lot of stress lately, and maybe your body is screaming "Enough!". Take it easy, rest and if you don't feel better soon, call the doctor. My reaction to emotional stress can come days later, but that's just me. And it hits me hard--migraines, etc.
just my biased opinion. listening to our bodies is so important.

My doc saw me as an emergency. I couldn't walk, I was so wobbly, everything hurt sound, touch, lights and I had a sword stabbing me behind the eye, nauseous, lights flashing and finger tingles.
Well it was my first migraine, they gave me 3 shots, and I feel better, a little out of it though. The doc asked if something major stressful happened to me. um yeah.
I felt like I was going to die, I have never had a headache like that.

Well I'm glad the doc saw you and you're better now. Yes stress also hits me after the event. Phillipa
