my sleep is very unreliable, unschedulable, i have movement symptoms that i still don't have a clear diagnosis of, and am dealing with a very sh*tty mind during the day.
i want to know if my akathisia is related to the diagnosis of 'RLS'. i know i thrash all night. i wake up in wierd positions and with everything all over the place with sweat all over on a very constant basis. i get up from bed to pace all the time (but this also happens during the day) i get sleep paralysis very easily... i cannot sleep without significant light and white noise. i am very embarassed to mention this, but i think i sometimes do odd sexual movements in my sleep, which is quite odd, as i certainly have a dead mind in that category as well.
i HATE the fact that i have to sleep at my dad's constantky due to my further declining functioning.
i wonder if this (a sleep study) would provide clues to my mental/cognitive/executive-function and movement problems.
i am getting a lot worse in all areas, but i am also off all psych medication, including the lamotrigine
