I've switched MAOIs before and coming off of one and waiting to start the next has been a hellish experience. Any drugs out there to help ease the transition? Thought I may have heard once that Trazodone could help...
Also, what's the worst that could happen if I started taking Parnate while still on Nardil?

Trazodone is/was used by pdocs ages ago when switching between maois.

Worst thing to happen? I'd imagine a seizure. SLS mentioned this before...seizure resulting in death I think...fun fun.

Scott reported that stroke is the worst outcome, and it is a real risk.
