I think I am going to have to go back on an SNRI but I am scared about the risk of long-term sexual side effects. How similar is Pristiq to Effexor? I was on Effexor for years and the side effects went away when I stopped it so I am wondering if I can be confident that they will go away when I eventually stop Pristiq?
