I've had this problem my entire, well, i guess life. At times i'll sit in a room, and have nothing to say, it's just "blank". L-Tyrosine and spansules (more professionally) help with this, it just "stimulates" normal conversation. I've had this problem, it goes away and comes back. Is there any way to make it never come back. Prozac will help with anxiety, social aspect's, Geodon does also, yet it "blunts" things, before i say them.
Anything, advice would be apprieciated. ;)

Do you feel it is a cognitve proble or social anxiety type problem? For the latter, if so, have you tried MAOI's?

If it is a social phobic type problem I think time and meds will eventually fix this problem....

I have the same exact issue. I've found the typical anti-anxiety meds to be pretty much useless and actually make it more difficult to socialize. As you found with tyrosine, I've had some success with meds that boost dopamine: Adderall and Ritalin (which I take for ADD) help somewhat; MAOIs work best out of all the antidepressants with Effexor (which at higher dosages inhibits dopamine reuptake) and possibly Wellbutrin being somewhat helpful; and Neurontin and Lyrica both help a bit with anxiety without making it difficult to speak or think clearly.
I've also found meditation to help considerably, perhaps because my inability to speak is sometimes related to my inability to concentrate.
It also improves with practice--as much as I absolutely hate to force myself to speak when I would otherwise be content to just be silent, it does help after a while.

Thanks, Spanusles in the past (dexedrine) have alway's helped.
Alot of people here take MAOI's, arent those the last kinda of treatment?
Parnate i've read by many people works.
Just hope for the correct medication.
