I've been on Pristiq for 3 months and I'm really starting to see improvements. Also, I was on Effexor for years and my OCD went into remission.

I think so, but I express my anxiety almost exclusively through OCD so it is hard to say that it helped general anxiety. I don't usually feel anxiety per say.
