I have noticed an increasing restlessness in my legs in the last month. When I took a walk today I also felt my legs were tired and rubbery. Can this have something to do with my depression and/or antidepressants? After I had drank alcohol a couple of weeks ago, I noticed the symptoms increased the day after.

I understand tiredness like can't go anymore but don't understand how restless when walking fits in? Like I have to keep going? Or strange leg movements? Phillipa

I don't have restlessness in my legs when I'm walking, only when laying still, but not always. When I move my legs it feels better. Is this RLS? But I don't understand why I'm more tired in my legs than before. Oh well.

I think it is. They say you can't keep them still. I'm always tired. Lack of use? Phillipa
