Here's to a a Happy New Year

Posted by Phidippus on December 31, 2009, at 15:57:03

Drugs do little to take away from the basic person you are and are really designed to eliminate the symptoms of mental illness which do much more to abscond the 'real you' than the side effects of most drugs. I can not function as the 'real' me without Lithium, period. I lose myself to the symptoms of my illness without a simple metal.

Does the cancer patient lose themselves to the bone-burning effects of their chemotherapy? No. We mentally disabled were born with inadequacies instilled in our thinking organ and those inadequacies can cripple us in an instant. We toil with invisible disabilities and need medication just as much as the sufferer of MS.

Without medication we can't be ourselves, otherwise riddled with anxiety, fending off voices or riding the waves of impossible emotions. An array of pills are available to us and more than likely we choose the pills that make us feel best and suit our basic selves. Pills can never make us something we are not because we reject those that make us feel not-ourselves.

Hopefully this new year will see most of us faring well and succeeding in beating back the gremlins of our respective mental ailments. And cheers to all those colored beauties we pop on a regular basis-may the science that delivers them grow ever more sharp.

With gratitude for our courageous community, may everyone experience well-being and peace.

Ty and well wishes to you.I know u were curious,so i will tell you on a week of campral,

--- onset subtle,very clean.

--- First notice was an increased social affect in which i wanted to talk a lot.

---- Although looks like,no maniac reaction,u know which is which,it look like it but u feel very calm, and depression has seemed to become weaker in its ability to stick to me,or should i say increased ability by myself to push depression away.

Have not had emotional down time since starting it,but being so subtle its hard to imgaine it being the reason.

ANyway after zonegrans initial postive effect and then shift to FULL blown mania due to its intense dopamine profile which is only found with deep searches of the drug, funny on basic pharmicolgy sites dopamine effects are hardly mentioned, then i find a site that speaks on how it ,zonegran has this entire strong effect on various dopamine sites, man missed the site a lil late and i had to endure a totaly breakdown, but this is what is the risks if trying to beat this relentess disease.

Anyway campral seems very very clean, has a simply pharmcology of being a gaba-glutamine modulator, and i hope results contine, email at brklyn234@yahoo.com of i have any further inquiries about the drug, happy new year,.
