Currently Taking Pexeva 20mg (paroxetine mesylate-different salt than paroxetine) for 5 weeks. Having some side effects including inorgasmia and delayed ejacultation. Are these side effects any better on the CR vs regular Paroxetine? Never tried CR, what are the perceived differences?

Nothing concrete heard preva is really the same as regular paxil. So the CR is extended version. Phillipa

No, these are standard SSRI side effects which can be expected from full therapeutic doses of paroxetine, whatever the formulation.
