I have been VERY slowly tapering Celexa & slowly adding Pristiq. I have had my share of feeling "unstable" and having "waves", but I am hoping that lately this is temporary during the transition.

Think you will like the pristiq my pdoc takes and likes it. Hope you begin to feel more stable soon. And I'd think that adding norepenephrine would be an additional chemical hence possibly feeling more unstable. Phillipa
